RED HOOK – An FDNY firefighter was arrested yesterday for choking his girlfriend. His girlfriend was also arrested — for choking the firefighter. On Sunday, February 17 at about 11:30 a.m., 34-year-old James Samuel, who was off duty, was arrested and charged with criminal obstruction of breathing and unlawful imprisonment.
