The store’s official address will be 123 Flatbush Avenue. It was announced in November 2016 that the tech giant signed a ten-year lease for an approximately 12,000-square-foot space located on the ground-floor of Two Trees’ newly constructed mixed-use development.

Construction crews have been busy working on the retail space, especially in recent weeks, when workers encountered a snag when a floor-to-ceiling pane of glass shattered, forcing them to custom order a replacement panel and have it rush delivered in time for the busy holiday shopping season.

Apple first ventured into Brooklyn in 2016, when it opened up a shop at 247 Bedford Avenue in Williamsburg.
