The major news of the day is Lyft’s $100 million investment in expanding Citi Bike. Though a scoop from Gothamist suggests that the “vast majority” of the new bikes will be electric pedal-assist bikes.

The iconic Palace Café in Greenpoint, closed since 2016, will be reopening tomorrow with a revamped interior. There have been a few delays in the re-opening process, but it looks like tomorrow things will finally take off…
