Lots of new restaurants will be opening up around Brooklyn in the coming weeks.

Here’s what we’ve spotted during recent wanderings around the neighborhoods of northern Park Slope, Prospect Heights, and Carroll Gardens.

What have we missed? If you know of anything new opening up soon in your neck of the woods, please let us know at editor@bklyner.com.

Their beverages are made with fresh milk and fruit and include milk tea, fruit tea, diced fruit tea, smoothies, as well as a “new” item called fruit vinegar which comes in kumquat apple vinegar and honey apple vinegar options.

The Fifth Avenue outpost of Mr. Wish will have a soft-opening this Sunday, August 20 and its grand opening next Thursday, August 24. To celebrate the new shop, they’ll be offering buy-one-get-one-free drinks for one week!

“Bombay to Brooklyn” the website for this upcoming new restaurant reads, adding that the menu will feature “locally sourced” “contemporary Anglo-Indian fare.”

BKLYNER stopped by the charming spot Wednesday afternoon and learned while they look ready to welcome diners, they won’t actually be open for business for another four to six weeks or so.

The photo above was taken a few weeks ago, prior to their removing the paper from the windows, and the interior looks great! You can take a sneak peek at their website.
