On Thursday, a Flatbush man with a record of domestic abuse confessed to killing and dismembering his wife, who had been missing for one month.

Diana Rodriguez-Martin, 43, was reported missing last week — at which point she hadn’t been seen in one month, said cops.

Her husband Phillip Martin, 42, allegedly told family members that his wife had moved out in January with their dog, reports the Daily News.

But on Friday, cops announced that Rodriguez-Martin was assaulted and killed by her husband, who confessed to dismembering her body and hiding the remains in a dumpster.

Her remains haven’t yet been found and the investigation is ongoing, said cops.

Martin has been charged with murder and concealment of a human corpse.

It seems that this isn’t the first time Rodriguez-Martin fell victim to domestic violence at her husband’s hand. In recent years, cops were called to the couple’s Linden Boulevard home eight times for complaints of domestic violence, according to the Daily. Prior investigations led to Martin being arrested twice for attacking his wife.

This is the second gruesome domestic violence murder in Flatbush in the first two months of 2017. In late January, another man was arrested after cops found his girlfriend’s body parts inside his freezer.
