Located at 1 City Point (or 138 Willoughby Street), the 720 feet tall condo tower is currently the borough’s tallest—until the 1,066 feet tall 9 DeKalb Avenue is completed just a few blocks away.

Developed by Extell and designed by Kohn Pedersen Fox (KPF), Brooklyn Point features 458 apartments across 68 stories and more than 40,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor amenities. The residential units will consist of studios, one-, two-, and three-bedrooms, with prices starting at $837,000 for a 549-square-foot studio and going up to more than $3.4 million for a 1,454-square-foot three-bed/three-bath. See the available listings here.

Along with the heated rooftop infinity pool, amenities at the luxury building include a landscaped rooftop sundeck replete with dining areas, changing rooms, showers, and a movie screening area. Other outdoor perks include a terrace bar, a fire pit, lounge, a putting green, and a children’s playground.

Inside will be a health center with another 65-foot indoor saltwater swimming pool, 35-foot rock climbing wall, fitness studios, and a squash/basketball court. There will also be a lounge/bar, salon, co-working space, game room, screening/performance area, children’s playroom, and a wine library.

Of course Brooklyn Point residents will have easy access to the 600,000-square-foot City Point complex featuring Alamo Drafthouse, Century 21, Dekalb Market Hall, Target, Trader Joe’s, and more.

Brooklyn Point is scheduled to be completed in 2020. See more at brooklynpointnyc.com.
