The developer has announced that the 720-foot-tall skyscraper will feature a heated, saltwater, infinity-edge pool on its rooftop—”the highest residential infinity pool in the Western Hemisphere,” the announcement claims.

A part of Downtown Brooklyn’s three tower City Point complex, the luxury residential building’s official address will be 1 City Point. Slated to launch in 2020, the 68-story tower will be the tallest in Brooklyn until the 73-story, 1,066 feet high 9 DeKalb Avenue is completed just a couple of blocks away by the Dime Savings Bank.

Brooklyn Point will house 458 apartments and feature 40,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor amenities. Along with the sky-high pool, the “landscaped rooftop retreat” will feature a sun deck, outdoor dining area, changing rooms and showers, outdoor movie screenings, and a stargazing observatory.

Other amenities for residents will include a garden room, wine room, game room, children’s playroom, bike storage, as well as convenient access to DeKalb Market Hall and the shops at City Point.

Sales for the residential units are scheduled to launch in March and will include studios, one-, two-, and three-bedrooms, ranging in price from $840,000 to more than $4 million.
