Actress Chloë Sevigny is packing up and moving out of Park Slope, the area she once described as “the dorkiest, hokiest neighborhood.”

Sevigny purchased the four-bedroom, three-bathroom apartment at 9 Prospect Park West, “one of the most desirable prewar co-ops in Brooklyn,” for $2.05 million in 2013. She put the luxury pad back on the market in December 2016 and just sold it for $2.7 million on March 24.

The 2,100-square-foot unit in “Park Slope’s finest, full service ‘white glove’ cooperative building” features a full-time doorman, views of Prospect Park, an eat-in kitchen, loads of closet space, and a decorative fireplace.

The unit does not have laundry (though a washer and dryer can be added) and does not allow dogs.

The actress previously lived in a one-bedroom in the East Village at 119 East 10th Street between 2nd and 3rd Avenues. She sold that co-op for $1.76 million before heading across the river to Brooklyn.

No word on where the actress is headed next.
