Douglas Elliman is listing the 3,000-square-foot residence that occupies the entire top floor of a ten-story, pre-war, co-op building. The “unique mansion in the sky” features four bedrooms, four bathrooms, panoramic 360-degree views, a 2,500-square-foot wrap-around terrace, a fireplace, and a greenhouse off the dining room. Built in 1924, the 38-unit building offers a full-time doorman and an elevator operator.

The songstress purchased the Brooklyn Heights penthouse for $4 million in 2009 with her then partner, American artist Matthew Barney. She bought his share of the property for $1.61 million in 2015, two years after the couple split. Barney moved on to a $1.99 million landmarked, wood frame home in Fort Greene, according to Brownstoner. The two have a 15-year-old daughter, Ísadóra.
