Actors Daniel Craig and Rachel Weisz reportedly purchased the Strong Place brownstone formerly occupied by writers Martin Amis and Isabel Fonseca, according to the New York Post.

The 1901 townhouse was purchased by Amis and Fonseca for $2.5 million back in 2010, according to Curbed. A faulty chimney set the home’s roof on fire on New Year’s Eve 2016, Brownstoner reports, and Amis and his family have since relocated to one of the shiny new high-rises in Downtown Brooklyn.

Craig, best know for his role as James Bond, and his Oscar-winning wife, Weisz, purchased the property in August for $6.5 million under an LLC. The couple previously lived in Soho and Tribeca, the Post reports.

According to the property’s Corcoran listing, the 6,600-square-foot home spanning five stories is one of Cobble Hill’s largest homes, with six bedrooms and five and a half baths. The home boasts high ceilings, an elevator, garden, roof deck, and patio.

The listing also notes that the building “received a brand new roof and extensive repair after damage from a fire that was contained to the top floor and is ready for a contractor to begin the finishing work,” and describes the property as “a clean, blank slate…ready for a purchaser to finish to their specifications.”
