Police have released the identity of the victim who was struck and killed Sunday morning [/blog/crime/updatedcorrection-pedestrian-killed-on-5th-avenue-this-morning-in-apparent-hit-and-run-cops-say/] in a hit-and-run incident. 41-year-old Bahtiyor Khamdamov was pronounced dead after EMS brought him to Methodist Hospital.
