Another Mother Found Dead With Stab Wounds

FLATLANDS – A neighbor was found dead on Monday, February 11, in her Kings Highway apartment, and police say they are looking for her son.

Hyacinth Khaleel, 75, was discovered after a wellness check by police around noon, and was pronounced dead by the EMS responders. The medical examiner will determine the cause of death and the investigation is ongoing, but she sustained multiple stab wounds, officials say.

This is a second dead mother within a week – on February 8th, a Crown Heights man was arraigned for the alleged murder of his mother after police found her stuffed in a closet with several stab wounds.
