Your MTA Subway Commuter Info

Little by little service is being restored to various subway and bus lines so you can get to work just a bit easier. However, please be aware that MTA officials are saying that commuters should leave earlier due to crowding as people return to work and because of the gas shortages, as well as limited service on trains.

Here’s your Monday MTA commute information post-Sandy:

  • Q train is runs to Ditmars Boulevard in Queens from Kings Highway and back.
  • 2, 3, 4, 5 runs from Brooklyn to Manhattan and back.
  • D, F, J, N and M trains run from Brooklyn to Manhattan and back.
  • R trains will run to Jay Street/MetroTech. For Manhattan-bound trains, transfer at Atlantic Avenue/Barclays Center for the 2, 3, 4, 5, D or N, at DeKalb Avenue for the Q, or at 9th Street for the F.

“Bus bridges” at Barclays Center and Jay Street are no longer in service.

Buses are said to have resumed their normal routes, with delays.
