Veterans Discuss Writing War at the Old Stone House on Thursday

In honor of Veterans Day, a group of writers who are also veterans will read and discuss their work at Brooklyn Reading Works: Writing War. It’s taking place at The Old Stone House tomorrow, Thursday, November 15 at 8pm.

Crated by the New York Times’ Peter Catapano, Anthony Swofford, author of Jarhead and the new memoir Hotels, Hospitals and Jails will be on hand as well as Maurice Decaul, Matt Gallagher, Philip Klay, Mariette Kalinowski and Roy Scranton.

There is a $5 suggested donation that includes drinks and snacks.
