Woman Assaulted And Robbed In Windsor Terrace
NYPD are searching for the man in the above photo in connection with a robbery last Friday morning in Windsor Terrace.
A 23-year-old woman was walking by 310 Vanderbilt Street at approximately 8:25am on May 26 when the suspect approached her from behind, elbowed her on the left side of her face, and pushed her to the ground, according to police.
The suspect took off with the victim’s purse and cellphone, but dropped her purse as he ran away, police say.
The victim was treated at Lutheran Hospital.
The suspect is described as a black male, approximately 20-25 years-old, with black, braided hair. He was last seen wearing a dark shirt and jeans with black shoes.
