Xpress Pizzeria (709 Church Avenue) is up for sale, according to this Craigslist post. So, if you have $129,900 (and hopefully some pie know-how), this runner-up in our sister site’s pizza showdown could be all yours.

Let’s hope whoever buys it can keep the customers as happy as they’ve been. Like Eric S. says on Yelp:

By far my favorite and my go to pizza joint in the neighborhood.  It’s fast, it’s cheap, and it’s quality.  Specialty pies are all the rage, and, as I’m partial to chicken and spinach with sliced tomatoes, Xpress hits the nail on the head.
