Where To Get A Vacuum Cleaner Fixed In Ditmas Park?

A neighbor whose vacuum cleaner plug got separated from its cord wrote to us asking about repair shops in the area. We’ve noticed Kess (1469 Flatbush between Glenwood and E 29th) got a good review on Yelp, but that’s for a sewing machine.

So, how have you gotten your vacuum fixed around Ditmas Park? A professional, a shop we don’t know about–or do you have a trick to doing it yourself?
