The boarded up space at 75 4th Avenue, between Bergen and St. Marks — best known recently for displaying Ron Paul for President and anti-vaccination signs — is up for rent.
“Total renovation is going to be needed,” reads the listing, which says that no food or beverage businesses will be allowed in the space. Renting for $6,000 per month, the 2,000-square-foot space is available immediately.
Whatever ends up taking over the space, it will be great to finally see something in there — anyone actually remember the last thing that was there? And what do you think will do well here?
