What Would You Like To See At 476 Bergen Street?
The storefront at 476 Bergen Street, just off Flatbush Avenue, has been empty for some time, but it looks like that could change…maybe.
The space, which is located directly above the 2/3 subway entrance, was recently listed by Corcoran, which notes it’s about 2,400 square feet. It’ll run a potential business $13,500 per month, which is comparable to the numerous vacancies currently available along 7th Avenue.
Neighboring shops on the street include Bark, Babeland, Gorilla Coffee, the recently relocated A. Cheng, and the new restaurant and bar Rare Earth — and who knows what’s up with City Sub.
So what do you think this block could still use?
