IRL Club: An Evening With The Internet
When: Monday, June 15, 7pm
Where: The Bell House, 149 7th Street at 2nd Avenue
What: The IRL Club is an irregular evening of presentations, usually about the internet, featuring Jenn Schiffer, Preston Chaunsumlit, Steve Roggenbuck, Gabby Bess, Sam Lavigne, and Leon Chang.
How much: $5 in advance, $8 at the door.

BeerProv
When: Tuesday, June 16, 7:30pm
Where: Littlefield, 622 Degraw Street between 3rd and 4th Avenues
What: A rotating cast of comedians improvise hilarious scenes based on audience suggestions. Performers are systematically eliminated by audience vote until only one player remains and is crowned BeerProv Champion.
How much: $10, available here.

Slavic Soul Party
When: Tuesday, June 16, 9pm
Where: Barbés, 376 9th Street at 6th Avenue
What: Fiery Balkan brass, throbbing funk grooves, Gypsy accordion wizardry, and virtuoso jazz chops: Slavic Soul Party is just what it says. Brash and strong as slivovitz, these nine musicians have forged a virtuosic new brass band music in the heart of New York City.
How much: $10 (strongly) suggested donation.

Celebrate Brooklyn!: Damien Rice
When: Wednesday, June 17, 7:30pm
Where: Prospect Park Bandshell, 9th Street and Prospect Park West
What: On the heels on his new album, My Favourite Faded Fantasy, Irish singer/songwriter Damien Rice is hitting the road for a long-awaited tour. The new record is Rice’s first collection of material in eight years. The concert is one of five benefit concerts for Celebrate Brooklyn!
How much: $48.

Movies Under The Stars
When: Wednesday, June 17, 6:30-9pm
Where: Old Stone House, 336 3rd Street, between 4th and 5th Avenues
What: Start the evening with Caribbean Carnival headpiece making for kids, a Caribbean theme dance party with DJ English, then an outdoor screening of X-MEN Days of Future Past. Come early and bring your own blankets and chairs. Seating is first come, first serve.
How much: Free.
