Three bedroom on Cortelyou Road
Available: Immediately
Price: $2,800
Details: The bedrooms in this apartment at 1016 Cortelyou Road here don’t look super spacious, though it says they’re large enough for a queen bed and dresser, so, hey, that’s not too shabby. Plus, if you lived here, you’d have an in-unit washer and dryer, hardwood floors, high ceilings, and a kitchen with stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher. And heat and hot water is included in the price. The location is pretty amazing – you’re right by all the restaurants and shopping on both Cortelyou Road and Coney Island Avenue. Though, if you’re sensitive to noise, you might want to think twice about this place.
