Here is our weekly roundup of events and goings on around the neighborhood this week. Since this is a holiday week, we will include weekend events in this list. You can find a complete list in our events calendar. We also encourage everyone to add events to the calendar to help get the word out!
Parent’s Happy Hour
When: Weeknights, 5pm-7pm
Where: Werkstatt, 509 Coney Island Ave
What: Parents, bring your kids to dinner between 5 pm to 7 pm, weeknights, and enjoy happy hour prices on draft beer and wine! $5 for all draft beer and yummy draft wines (white, red AND rose!). Family friendly atmosphere and menu.
Dinner & Martini Party at Anyway Cafe
When: Tuesday, December 20. 5pm-2am

What: Ladies enjoy $4 martinis all night long. Everyone can enjoy the live music at Anyway Cafe.
Little Hands Crafts

What: The importance of donating blood can’t be stressed enough. Each donation can save a life, so get down and be a hero.
Flatfoot Flatbush 2016
When: Wednesday, December 21, 4pm-9pm

What: March down Flatbush with some holiday cheer. Stop into local businesses along the way to spread the spirit!
Ladies Night at Anyway Cafe
When: Wednesday, December 21. 5pm-2am

What: Ladies at tables of 2 people or more get a complimentary bottle of champagne.
Computer Basics Class
When: Wednesday, December 21. 11am-12pm.

What: Learn computer basics at the library. Even if you’re completely new to computers, or just need fine tuning, you will get something out of this class.
Chess Workshop at the Library
When: Thursday, December 22, 4pm-5pm

What: All ages are welcome to come to the library to learn how to play chess!
Knitting & Crocheting Club

Owl’s Head Holiday Extravaganza

Christmas Party with Full Disclosure
