Details: Touted as an “art deco beauty with room to spare,” this “sprawling, top floor, classic prewar apartment,” rich in detail, has a beautiful front living and dining room, the original herringbone parquet oak floors hardwoods, a “grand foyer,” and a bright, cheerful eat-in kitchen. Tons of closet and storage space, arched entryways, and extra high ceilings. Both the bathroom and the kitchen have been renovated.

Details: Plenty of space here for a couple or small family, but this split level’s amenities seem slightly dated. The words “mustard yellow” and “bathroom” just don’t go together. Still, if modernity isn’t a big priority, this is a fine-looking place, with a generously-sized entertaining room plus oversized storage and utility area and a basement. The private driveway and large rear yard are a big plus.
