We’ve rounded up some of the more interesting open houses happening around Park Slope this weekend. Any thoughts on these places?

130 8th Avenue #8B
List Price: $379,000, $690 maintenance
Size: Studio, one bathroom
Details: This co-op isn’t the place for someone with a lot of stuff, but for a minimalist who just wants to stay in the area, it could be a little gem. The living/bedroom area offers fresh flooring and lovely neighborhood views, while the bathroom and windowed kitchen have been reportedly been recently updated (we might swap out that breakfast bar, though, for a table for two) — plus you’ll be one block from both Prospect Park and 7th Avenue, as well as Flatbush and Grand Army Plaza amenities.
Open House: Sunday, April 12, 12-2pm

92 Prospect Park West #2B
List Price: $775,000, $700 maintenance
Size: Two bedrooms, one bathroom
Details: It’s hard not to love a place that’s just dripping with its owner’s personality, but even without the church pews, rugs, mid-century furniture, and paintings and masks, this one’s a killer. Its rooms are big and window-lined, its layout offers privacy for each bedroom dweller, and you know we love an inlaid floor — the only bummer we can see is that small, pretty basic kitchen, but even that has an okay amount of (low profile) counter space. Location-wise, it’s right across from the park and just a few minutes from the F/G at 7th Avenue.
Open House: Sunday, April 12, 12-1:30pm

917 President Street #3
List Price: $1,295,000, $1,050 maintenance
Size: Three bedrooms, one bathroom
Details: Another stunner! This one’s in a brownstone (that’s apparently five feet wider than comparable places), and features a gorgeous bay window and a (working?) fireplace in the open kitchen/living room, as well as lovely flooring and pocket doors, a recently renovated bathroom, and in-unit laundry. The building — which has a wine cellar, by the way — is right near Grand Army Plaza and Flatbush Avenue, making for easy access to area subways, the library and Greenmarket, the park, and both Park Slope and Prospect Heights restaurants and shopping.
Open House: Sunday, April 12, 1-3pm

485A 1st Street
List Price: $2,100,000
Size: Four bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms
Details: Are we wrong, or do whole brownstones not often come in this location (just off 7th Avenue!) at this price? This one features some great moulding, multiple fireplace mantels, inlaid parquet floors, and tin ceilings/intricate ceiling medallions, and has been owned and maintained (seemingly quite well) by the same family for nearly 40 years. It also has a big, 45′ long backyard — and as it’s in its original state, it could save a lot of trouble for house hunters who’ve considered having to convert multiple units back into one.
Open House: Sunday, April 12, 1-3pm
