In the market for a new place to live? We’ve rounded up some of the open houses coming up in the area this weekend — take a preview, and let us know what you think.

616 East 18th Street, #3H (Sponsored Listing)
List Price: $799,000, maintenance $1,159
Size: 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms
Details: This rare unit in Ditmas Park has it all: 3 full bedrooms, 2 baths, a private balcony, 8 closets (including a walk-in large enough to store scooters and bikes), and 3 exposures — south, east, and west — with treetop views. That’s more than 1,400 square feet of living space with original hardwood floors throughout. The building also has a shared backyard with a BBQ grill and a full-time doorman, and cats are allowed.
Open House: Sunday, October 25, 12-1:30pm

317 Webster Avenue
List Price: $1,155,000
Size: 3-family home
Details: If you’re looking for something with rental income, this could be the place for you, with three units: the 2-bedroom top floor, the 1-bedroom parlor floor, and the 1-bedroom garden level, which has access to the 48-foot garden. Hard to tell based on the listing, which has only a few photos, but it seems like the home could use some work — the one kitchen pictured is definitely usable, but could do with a makeover, and the listing notes that “with some cosmetic upgrades, reap the rewards of higher returns,” so we’re guessing some other parts of the space could also stand some updates.
Open House: Sunday, October 25, 3-4pm

3001 Fort Hamilton Parkway, #4A
List Price: $809,000, common charges $413.96
Size: 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms
Details: This condo went on the market in May for $931k, then popped off and back on in August for $830k — the price just came down by $21k about a month ago, and still no takers. Too much for the area still? Or is it just right now, for this really nicely redone space, which has a private terrace and a private roof deck? The kitchen that looks fun to cook in — but if you’d rather not, thankfully Brancaccio is right downstairs.
Open House: Sunday, October 25, 1-2pm

110 Ocean Parkway, #5A
List Price: $410,000, maintenance $587
Size: 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom
Details: Looking fairly spacious for a 1-bedroom, this unit also has some recent updates to the kitchen — though thankfully the renovations they did to the bathroom kept the lovely Mamie pink touches. There’s space for a dining table in the foyer or the living room, and there’s also enough space that they say you could potentially break it up to create another bedroom. A bonus for those who don’t relish searching for parking around Ocean Parkway — there’s a parking garage, and currently there’s no waiting list.
Open House: Sunday, October 25, 1:30-3pm
