Friends Group Books, Crafts & Jewelry Sale
When: Saturday, October 1. 10:15am-4:45pm
Where: Sheepshead Bay Library, 2636 E.14th St
What: Buy books, crafts, and jewelry at the library this weekend! All profit goes towards the benefit of the Sheepshead Bay library.
Children’s Saturday Camp
When: Saturday, October 1. 1pm-2pm.
Where: Sheepshead Bay Library, 2636 E.14th St
What: Bring your kids to the library to sing songs, make some crafts, and enjoy a puppet show!
Once Upon Unfolding Times
When: Weekends from October 1-October 22, all day.
Where: Open Source Gallery, 306 17th St
What: Take a free hypnotic tour through a fictional city, where you write history.
Sheepshead Bay Flea Market
When: Saturday, October 1, 8am-3pm
Where: United Methodist Church of Sheepshead Bay, 3087 Ocean Ave.
What: Weekly well established Flea Market. Go find treasures from local vendors and artists!
Greenwood Mausoleum Tour
When: October 1, 12pm-4pm
Where: Greenwood Cemetery, 500 25 St.
What: Green is opening us their most marvelous mausoleums for a self-guided exploration. The event is $20 for general admission and $15 if you’re a member of the Greenwood historic fund, or the Brooklyn Historical Society.
Full Disclosure Live At 3rd & 7
When: October 1, 9pm
Where: 3rd & 7 Tavern, 3622 Quentin Rd.
What: Brookyn’s favorite cover band, Full Disclosure will be rocking the house at 3rd & 7 tomorrow night. There’s no cover charge, but enjoy a drink and tip the bartender and the band.
Magic at Coney Island
When: Sunday, October 2. 12pm-2pm
Where: 1208 Surf Ave
What: “Magic at Coney!!!” is a magical variety show highlighting a vast array of magicians; featuring illusionists, escape artists, mentalists and close-up magicians from around the world. Tickets are $10 for adults and $5 for children under 12.
