Brooklyn Flea + Smorgasburg return to Industry City this weekend and the Obscura Holiday Bazaar takes place at The Bell House on Sunday. Don’t forget to show your community business owners some love and shop local on Small Business Saturday.

Brooklyn Art Council Pop-Up Exhibition
When: Exhibition on view through Saturday, December 2
Where: Part Deux, 336 Flatbush Avenue, Park Slope
What: Brooklyn Arts Council (BAC), a non-profit organization supporting Brooklyn’s arts scene, is hosting a pop-up exhibition in a brand new concept space called Part Deux that provides local artists, artisans, and chefs an affordable space to experiment and exhibit their work. The pop-up exhibit features approximately 100 pieces of artwork, including paintings, drawings, photographs and other works created by local artists. BAC will host the AccessArt 2017 benefit and art sale on Sunday, Dec. 3 where guests can purchase the artwork on view with proceeds benefiting the Council’s ongoing programs.
How Much: Pop-up exhibition is free; tickets to the AccessArt 2017 benefit and art sale $30 – $500
Brooklyn Flea + Smorgasburg
When: Saturday, November 25 – Sunday, November 26, 10am to 6pm
Where: Industry City, 241 37th Street, Second Floor, Sunset Park
What: The Winter Flea + Holiday Market returns to its indoor venue at Industry City where it will be every Saturday and Sunday through March. Shop locally from 50 vendors selling gifts, vintage and new clothing, furniture, housewares, and more. There will also be ten Smorgasburg vendors on-hand serving coffee and pastries, as well as a full bar.
La Traviata
When: Saturday, November 25 – Sunday, November 26, 3pm
Where: OLPH Auditorium, 5902 Sixth Avenue (between 59th & 60th Streets), Sunset Park
What: The classic Verdi opera will be performed by the Regina Opera Company in Italian with English supertitles.

Duty Free
When: Exhibit on view through Sunday, November 26
Where: Ground Floor Gallery, 343 5th Street, Park Slope
What: This weekend is your last chance to check out “Duty-Free,” Ground Floor Gallery’s 5th Annual Gowanus Open Studios Exhibition—a tribute to the community of artists living and working by the Gowanus Canal. The exhibit features the work of five Gowanus-based artists.

Obscura Holiday Bazaar
When: Sunday, November 26, 10am to 4pm
Where: The Bell House, 149 7th Street, Gowanus
What: Oddities including bones, skulls, antiques, and unusual accessories will be on sale for your out-of-the-ordinary holiday shopping. The event will feature live music, special guests, raffles and giveaways.
How Much: Tickets $3
Go: Organic Orchestra: Murmuration
When: Monday, November 27, 8pm
Where: Roulette, 509 Atlantic Avenue, Boerum Hill
What: Go: Organic Orchestra’s artistic director, Adam Rudolph, improvisationally conducts musicians, creating spontaneous orchestrations serving as both context and inspiration for the musicians’ improvisational dialogue. The new work Murmuration will be performed by a 35-piece orchestra.
How Much: Tickets $15 online, $20 at door
Flatbush Misdemeanors
What: Just want to sit back in the comfort of your home and watch some telly? Comic Dan Perlman has created a new series with Kevin Iso called Flatbush Misdemeanors about two introverts whose jobs, as a public school teacher and a restaurant delivery man, force them to connect with others in their new neighborhood—Flatbush.
