Website Launched For Condo Tower Replacing ‘Love Letter To Brooklyn’ Garage
DOWNTOWN BROOKLYN- Earlier this week, development firm Tishman Speyer revealed images and information on 11 Hoyt, the new condo tower currently being built where the five-story garage that showcased Stephen Powers‘ “Love Letter to Brooklyn” mural once stood.
Located across the street from Macy’s and The Wheeler, another Tishman Speyer development, the 51-story building was designed by the Chicago-based architectural firm, Studio Gang, as well as the New York-based Hill West Architects.
The building will feature 480 residential units and 55,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor amenities. 11 Hoyt will offer studios and one- to four-bedroom condos with prices estimated from $600,000 to more than $4 million.
Sales will launch this summer and the project is scheduled to be completed by mid-2020, Curbed reports.
