UPDATE 10:30am: The MTA says that normal train service has resumed, with residual delays. Hopefully the evening rush hour is easier than this morning’s!

EARLIER: A Manhattan water main located on 13th Street and 5th Avenue broke around midnight Wednesday morning, flooding Greenwich Village streets, and wreaking havoc on several subway lines, including the F.

If you take the F into the city, note that northbound and southbound  F trains have been rerouted to the E from West 4 St to Roosevelt Avenue.

Additional changes to the B, C, D, E, M, and Q lines can be found here.

The MTA says that crews are on the scene attempting to clear water from the tracks, but you’ll definitely want to load up your e-reader and allow some additional time to get from point A to point B this morning.

For the latest information and service changes, be sure to visit the MTA website.
