Good morning, South Slope! It’s Martin Luther King Jr. Day, so there’s no trash or recycling collection in NYC today. Alternate side parking is also suspended, but meters are still in effect, so don’t forget to feed the Muni. Trains are operating on a regular weekday schedule, and as we look forward through the rest of the week, 4th Avenue/9th Street and Prospect Avenue are in good shape, but watch out for a number of changes further down the F and R lines.

No F trains between Roosevelt Av and 21 St-Queensbridge
Late Nights, 10 PM to 5 AM, Mon to Fri, Jan 20 – 24
F service operates in two sections: between 179 St and Roosevelt Av and between 21 St-Queensbridge and Stillwell Av. Free shuttle buses operate between Roosevelt Av and Queensboro Plaza, stopping at 65 St, Northern Blvd, 46 St, Steinway St, 36 St and Queens Plaza.
