Who Wants A Bar? Visions On Coney Island Avenue Is Now For Sale
Visions

Anyone want to buy a bar?

Visions Restaurant and Bar (752 Coney Island Avenue) is now for sale, the manager let us know.

The current owner, who has owned Visions for more than a decade, is selling the business for $75,000. The new proprietor would also have to pay $5,000 a month for rent for the space that’s right by Cortelyou Road.

In May, the owner put Visions up for lease – and at that time it would’ve cost $8,000 a month to lease the business.

Now, the $75,000 price tag includes the liquor license, as well as all the furniture and equipment in the bar.

In Vision’s Craigslist ad, it says the 1,600-square-foot bar (which also has a 400-square-foot back yard with a deck), is equipped with: a central air conditioning unit, a 27-foot marble bar, a new beer cooler, a wine cooler, and two other fridges, among other things.

Additionally, there’s a pool table, a high def projector, a coffee station, and a lounge area. The full kitchen includes a six-burner stove, two grills, a deep fryer, a convection oven, and refrigeration.

In the basement, there’s a prep station, a bathroom, an office, a storage room, a liquor room, and more.

You can see all of the items that would come with Visions listed here.

Anyone who’s interested can email the manager, Nilsa, at visionsrb@gmail.com, to make an appointment for a walk-through.

“If you want to visit the bar, please do not mention anything to the staff or patrons,” the manager added in an email to us.

So, what do you say? If this was your bar, what would you like to do with it?
