In the near future, Europe is a war-ravaged wasteland where battles are waged by men in indestructible steel suits of armor and weaponry. This is the world that Prospect Park South neighbor Neal Marshall Stevens has created for his first graphic novel, Havoc Brigade, released earlier this fall.
