Volunteers Needed For This Weekend’s Harvest Hootenanny At Greenwood Playground

This Sunday, the Friends of Greenwood Playground (E. 5th Street between Fort Hamilton Parkway and Greenwood Avenue) will host their Harvest Hootenanny – a day of Halloween costumes, live music, pumpkin painting, crafts, and more – and they’re looking for neighbors to help lend a hand during the fun-filled festivities.

Volunteers are need for the following activities (and you can sign up to donate your time here):

  • Setup, 9-11am
  • Crafts helper, 11am-12pm
  • Bake sale, 11am-1pm
  • Crafts helper, 12-1pm
  • Line monitors/face painting, 12-2pm
  • Crafts helper, pumpkin painting, and floater (you’ll be sent wherever help is needed), 1-2pm
