[Video]: Two Teens Robbed Of Cell Phones In Brighton Beach, Threatened To Be Shot

Police are asking for the public’s assistance in finding to suspects who threatened and robbed two teenagers in Brighton Beach last week.

It was reported to authorities that on Tuesday, December 13, at around 3pm on the southwest corner of Ocean Parkway and West Brighton Avenue, two people approached a pair of 14-year-old boys and demanded that they give up their cell phones. The victims complied and gave them their phones. The suspects then said if they followed them then they would get shot, according to police.

The suspects are described as two black males in their late teens. One was filmed on a nearby surveillance video. He was wearing blue, shredded jeans, black sneakers, a blue winter jacket with a gray sweater underneath, which had the hood pulled up and tightened to obscure his face.

No one was hurt in the robbery, authorities said.
