The free screening of Wreck-It Ralph, originally planned for a late July showing in Seth Low Park (Stillwell Avenue and Bay Parkway), was rained out and has been rescheduled for this weekend.

As we previously reported, the free showing is being hosted by Councilman David Greenfield. The new time is 7:30 p.m. sharp on Sunday, August 25. Families are encouraged to bring chairs and blankets to enjoy the animated film about a disgruntled video game villain seeking redemption. It is a great movie for children and adults alike, bringing retro video characters like Pac-Man and Q-Bert to life in a cleverly constructed arcade fantasy world.

For more information on the event you can contact Greenfield’s office at (718) 853-2704.
