Uniqlo Coming To Atlantic Terminal Mall

Japanese clothing retailer Uniqlo is widening its grasp on the casual wear market by opening 10 new stores in the United States this year, including one right here at the Atlantic Terminal Mall, according to Racked. (We’d guess in the old Daffy’s space, but there are no specifics yet.)

Will this be more to draw you to the Atlantic Terminal, which currently includes a Target with perpetually empty shelves and a Chuck E. Cheese’s, which is what it is? And which, last year at least, was reportedly a hotbed of crime? Or is it just another large retail outlet, and an indication of what’s coming to the area around Barclays?

Time will tell — though there’s no word on an opening date just yet.
