DYKER HEIGHTS — The New York City Police released information yesterday on a man who exposed himself to two 11-year-old girls on October 3 in Dyker Heights. The first incident happened around 7.30 a.m. near 72nd Street and 12th Avenue, and the second, shortly after, in front of 7111 12th Avenue.

The currently unidentified man was operating a black Dodge pick-up truck with a cover. The man called over both victims walking in the neighborhood toward the vehicle and would expose and touch his private parts in front of them. Both victims immediately fled and were unharmed.

The person wanted is described as a man, either Hispanic or White, 20-30 years of age, last seen wearing a baseball cap and hooded sweatshirt.

The Office of the Deputy Commissioner did not comment on why they released the information so late after the incident.
