Two New Apartment Buildings Coming To E 15 Street, Replacing A Two-Story House
Applications have been filed by the Brooklyn-based real estate company, TNE Buildings, to build two three-story apartment buildings at 2416-2418 E 15th St, in Sheepshead Bay., according to New York YIMBY.
The buildings will measure at 3,388 square feet each.The apartments will be laid out across a full floor, and half of another, and should measure at 1,270 square feet each.
Also, the property will have a 250-square-foot parking garage that will hold four parking spaces.
The plot, which is 5,000 square feet, currently holds a two-story home for which demolition permits were filed in June. The Neck Road Q train stop is three blocks away.
The applicant of record is Pirooz Soltanizadeh’s Jamaica-based Royal Engineering.
