Two small markets located on 8th Avenue are up for sale because the owner is retiring and relocating, according to an ad on Craigslist.
The listing for the 11th Street Deli Market at 1021 8th Ave, which is on the market for $100,000, notes it’s about 900 square feet with a basement, and if you’ve been in there, you know it’s got a sandwich prep area.
The listing for the 12th Street Market at 1201 8th Ave, which is on the market for $175,000, says it’s around 1,100 square feet, also with a basement, and again, it’s got a sandwich prep space.
