Tuesday: Community Board 15 Will Discuss New Storage Facility, Zoning Changes For Cherry Hill

Community Board 15 will meet tomorrow at 6:30 p.m. at Kingsborough Community College’s faculty dining room U112 (2001 Oriental Boulevard).

On the agenda are four public hearings:

  • 22 Girard Street – An application for a special permit to allow the enlargement of a single family dwelling
  • 2713-2735 Knapp Street – “Knapp Street Metro Storage,” an application with the City Planning Commission to cancel the Restrictive Declaration 100 to allow the construction of a four story self-storage facility
  • 2901 Emmons Avenue – Roll N’ Roaster seeks an application for the renewal of an enclosed sidewalk cafe permit.
  • 1901 Emmons Avenue – Cherry Hill Gourmet Market seeks a letter from Community Board 15 to be submitted to the Department of City Planning for a zoning change.

There will also be time to hear residents’ concerns and discuss various committee reports.
