Transit Disruptions This Week: Skippage On The D, Platform Closure On The F, And The N Runs Local

Below you’ll find South Slope subway changes this week on the D, F, G, N and R lines in Brooklyn. Check back later in the week to see what’s happening this weekend.

D Line

Norwood-bound D trains make local stops at 25th Street, Prospect Avenue, 4th Avenue-9th Street, Union Street and DeKalb Avenue.

Evenings, beginning 8:30pm, Monday to Thursday, November 9-12 and November 16-19.

Reminder: Late night local service operates as scheduled.

Coney Island-bound D trains skip Fort Hamilton Parkway, 50th Street and 55th Street.

Days, 9:45am to 3pm, Wednesday and Thursday, November 11-19 and 9:45am to 2pm, Friday, November 13 and 20.

For service to these stations take the D to 62nd Street-New Utrecht Avenue and transfer to a Norwood-bound D.

For service from these stations, take the D to 9th Avenue and transfer to a Coney Island-bound D.

F Line

Avenue X F Train Station Closure and Information.

The Manhattan-bound platform at Avenue X is closed for renovation until winter 2015/16.

Avenue X

For service to this station, take the F to Avenue U and transfer to a Coney Island-bound F.

For service from this station, take the F to Neptune Avenue and transfer to a Jamaica-bound F.

N Line

Astoria-bound N trains run local from 59th Street, Brooklyn, to DeKalb Avenue.

Evenings, beginning 8:30pm, Monday to Thursday, November 9-12 and November 16-19.
