Transit Disruptions This Week: G Train Ain’t Misbehavin’, But The D, F, N & R Lines Are

Below you’ll find South Slope subway changes this week on the D, F, G, N and R lines in Brooklyn. Check back later in the week to see what’s happening this weekend. Changes via MTA.info.

D Line

Norwood-bound D trains make local stops at 25th Street, Prospect Avenue, 4th Avenue-9th Street, Union Street and DeKalb Avenue.
Evenings, beginning 8:30pm, Monday to Thursday, September 28-October 1.
Please allow additional travel time.
Reminder: Late night local service operates as scheduled.

F Line

Avenue X and Ditmas Avenue F Train Station Closures and Information.
The Manhattan-bound platform at Avenue X is closed for renovation until winter 2015/16. The Manhattan-bound platform at Ditmas Avenue is closed for renovation until fall 2015.
Travel Alternatives:
Avenue X
For service to this station, take the F to Avenue U and transfer to a Coney Island-bound F.
For service from this station, take the F to Neptune Avenue and transfer to a Jamaica-bound F.
Ditmas Avenue
For service to this station, take the F to Church Avenue and transfer to a Coney Island-bound F.
For service from this station, take the F to 18th Avenue and transfer to a Jamaica-bound F.

N Line

Astoria-bound N trains run local from 59th Street, Brooklyn to DeKalb Avenue.
Evenings, beginning 8:30pm, Monday to Thursday, September 28-October 1.
Please allow additional travel time.
Reminder: Late night local service operates as scheduled.

R Line

No shuttle R train between 36th Street and 59th Street. N trains provide alternate service.
Late nights, 11:45pm to 5am, Monday to Friday, September 28-October 30 (except 11:45pm Monday to 5am Tuesday, October 19-20).
R service operates between 59th Street and 95th Street.  Transfer between N and R trains at 59th Street.
