Tonight: Get A First Look At The MS 313 Redesign

The anticipation for the redesigned MS 313/Satellite West has been mounting since the change was announced months ago and now the Department of Education will finally be unveiling its plans at a meeting tonight at 6pm inside the gym of the current building at 209 York Street.

According to a notice sent by Community Education Council District 13 (CEC 13):

The event will include a presentation by MS 313’s principal, Dr. Melissa Vaughan, introductions to the school’s community partners, some renderings of MS 313’s new space, and a Q&A opportunity.

The redesigned school will be a District 13 middle school choice option available on the new schools application expected in March. A dedicated email address for inquiries will be available at a later date.
