Tonight: Community Board 15 Meets, Celebrates Summer, Considers Zoning Items
Community Board 15 will celebrate summer at their annual summer collation meeting tonight, at 6:30 p.m., in the faculty dining room (U112) of Kingsborough Community College (2001 Oriental Boulevard).
Please take special note of the date and time, as this is not the usual date and time for their monthly meetings. Refreshments will be served in the beginning of the meeting before moving on to regular business.
On the agenda – aside from the snacks – is three zoning items.
2085 Ocean Parkway – An application for an amendment of an approved Special Permit to allow the addition of the adjacent lot and modifications to the design and bulk of the approved building.- 1782-1784 East 28th Street – An application for a bulk Variance to allow the enlargement of a Synagogue and a Rabbi’s residence and the legalization of a mikvah.
- 1601 Gravesend Neck Road – An application to legalize an existing Physical Culture Establishment.
There will also be time to hear residents’ concerns and discuss various committee reports, and elected officials may be in attendance.
