Tomorrow: Community Board 15 To Hold Hearing On Avenue R Home Expansion

Community Board 15 is meeting tomorrow, April 28, at 7:00pm at Kingsborough Community College (2001 Oriental Boulevard) in the faculty dining room.

Please note the change in time and date for the meeting.

On the agenda is a public hearing for one zoning item. Here is the application being considered:

2617 Avenue R: An application to request a special permit to enlarge an existing two story dwelling between East 26th Street and East 27th Street in a residential zoning district. The applicant’s plans can be found here and here.

In addition to the zoning item, the board’s chairperson will deliver monthly reports. There will also be time to hear residents’ concerns and discuss various committee reports, and elected officials may be in attendance.

Refreshments will be served.
