Today: Meet 78th Precinct Captain Michael Ameri for Burritos and Crime-Talk

This is happening today at noon, and while we know a true lady doesn’t accept dates at the last minute, it seemed worth mentioning:

The North Flatbush Avenue BID is hosting a meet and greet with the new captains of the 77th and 78th precincts (that’s us). From noon to 1pm at Burrito Bar, Captains Elvio Capocci (77th) and Michael Ameri (78th) will be on hand to answer questions from the community (Officer Santiago of the Crime Prevention Unit will be there, too). Appetizers and beverages will be served — you’re on your own for burritos.
