Car Accident: Ocean Parkway & Ave T

There was a serious car accident at in Gravesend at Avenue T & Ocean Parkway on Thursday, March 26, 2009 during the evening rush hour.

By the time I arrived just after 5 p.m., the tow truck was rigging up the last car. The car was seriously damaged, sitting on the median with its airbag deployed. The tow truck operator’s assistant told me that the driver was rushed to the hospital.

There was no other information available about the cause of the accident.
