This week’s Throwback Thursday photograph was taken underneath the Fulton Street Elevated Line, which ran along Fulton Street from Downtown Brooklyn to East New York, then north to Queens. Opened in 1888, Fulton Street was the main line of the Kings County Elevated Railway.
