Three Indicted for Kidnapping, Underage Prostitution in Crown Heights

Two men and a woman in Brooklyn could face life in prison for holding two 16-year old girls hostage and forcing them into prostitution, the New York Daily News reported last night.

The girls were held, working as prostitutes, until one managed to escape back to her family. After being alerted, police discovered the second girl at the brothel/apartment on Lincoln Place in Crown Heights, according to NY1 at the time of the arrests in July.

The defendants pleaded not guilty and are expected back in court October 18.
