This Week’s B & Q Subway Changes
Happy Monday! We appear to be in the clear when it comes to scheduled changes for the B and the Q today and tomorrow – but, heads up, the Coney Island-bound Q will be running express and the 145 Street-bound B will be running local come Wednesday. Details via the MTA:
Starting Wednesday:
Coney Island-bound Q trains run express from Prospect Park to Sheepshead Bay
Days, 9:45am to 3pm, Wednesday to Friday, through September 12
Trains stop at Church Avenue, Newkirk Plaza, and Kings Highway. For service to Parkside Avenue, Beverley Road, Cortelyou Road, Avenue H, Avenue J, Avenue M, Avenue U, and Neck Road, take the Q to Church Avenue, Newkirk Plaza, Kings Highway, or Sheepshead Bay and transfer to a Manhattan-bound B or Q. Fo service from these stations, take the B or Q to Kings Highway, Newkirk Plaza, Church Avenue, or Prospect Park and transfer to a Coney Island-bound Q.
145 Street-bound B trains run local from Sheepshead Bay to Prospect Park
Days, 9:45am to 3pm, Wednesday to Friday, through September 12
